I am on a mission to help women live their best life.

I've lived with food addiction, body image issues, and low self-esteem. I know what it's like to finally break free to achieve mental peace and permanent food freedom. I am confident in my ability to help others create lasting change in their lives.

I am passionate about sharing my journey because I battled emotional eating, self-sabotage, and low self-esteem for decades...

I was so tired of being overweight, eating uncontrollably, and not taking care of myself. I always put others' needs before my own.  My diet failures and uncontrollable eating seemed to get worse over time. I had no willpower or mental strength to change my ways.  

I wasn't "Worth" Saving


It all started for me at a very young age with my older brother telling me how fat and ugly I was...

I was bigger than my classmates when I started grade school. The other students followed in my brother's footsteps, calling me names like "Fatso" and "Big Mama".

Those words cut me to the core.

I used food to stuff down my shame and feelings of inadequacy, and packed on even more pounds. I couldn’t figure out why I could not stick to a diet or healthy lifestyle. I was constantly comparing myself to others and always coming up short. 

Over the years, I spent thousands of dollars on weight loss programs and gym memberships.

I would lose some of the weight but after only a few months I would gain it all back, plus more. 

I realized I was a food addict after doing the Bright Line Eating™ program. I lost 40 pounds. I finally found an eating plan that freed me from my obsessive thoughts about food and weight. I was successful for a full 6 months before the strictness of the program triggered my Inner RebelI resented the time commitment for meal planning and the loss of spontaneity. I hated white knuckling it through meals out, vacations, and social gatherings.

I went into a ditch and ended up gaining all my weight back plus an extra 40 pounds. Once again, I felt like a complete failure. I thought I would never be thin or free from my constant thoughts about food and weight.


One day, I discovered a program that used very specialized tapping techniques to tackle food addiction.  This program addressed the very items I was struggling with:

  • Food Cravings
  • ​Lack of Willpower
  • ​Self-sabotage
  • ​Emotional Eating

I Could Not DIY My Way to Food Freedom 


 I purchased the basic "Do It Yourself " (DIY) program immediately. I would love to say it solved all my problems right away but it didn’t. 

Not because the program didn’t work but because I only got through the second lesson before giving up. The first lesson which addressed food cravings was easy and I tapped on every craving I could think of. It worked! I could have trigger food in my house without risking a binge.

The second lesson went deeper into the reasons for my emotional eating. It was there that I struggled to face the trauma of my past that kept me in a never-ending internal battleI couldn’t bring myself to peel back the layers that I had built up to keep myself safe. I continued battling my inner saboteur for a few more years until I couldn’t take it anymore. 

I was ready to do anything to achieve peace around food, my weight, and my complete lack of self-worth. 

Be Strong enough to stand alone,
Smart enough to know when you need help,
 and Brave enough to ask for it


I finally realized I could not do the program alone. I needed a coach to hold me accountable and guide me through the tough parts. 

I needed someone to show me how the trauma of my past kept me locked in a white-knuckle struggle with food.
 
I needed help replacing my inner critic with positive self-love and appreciation.

I would not have been successful if it was not for my coach. I cringe thinking of the many years I spent battling myself before seeking help.

I am finally at Peace with Food!

  • My time is no longer dominated with thoughts of food, dieting, or weight.
  • ​I am starting to release weight without even trying.
  • ​I can walk through any grocery aisle without being tempted to buy unhealthy food. 
  • I can go to parties without worrying about overeating.
  • ​I can go out to eat or on vacation knowing I will make healthy choices and not overindulge.
  • ​By eliminating food's hold on me, I know I can survive anything life throws at me.

  • I will teach you tapping techniques to permanently change your relationship with food.
  • Together, we will get to the root of your food and weight loss issues so you do not have to rely on willpower alone. 
  • ​I will help you gently heal from past trauma to end the never-ending battle with yourself.
  • ​I will guide you through blind spots to identify what is holding you back from living life to its fullest.

This work can be intense so I only work with 10 clients a month. I currently have 3 openings available in my schedule.
