I purchased the basic "Do It Yourself " (DIY) program immediately. I would love to say it solved all my problems right away but it didn’t.
Not because the program didn’t work but because I only got through the second lesson before giving up. The first lesson which addressed food cravings was easy and I tapped on every craving I could think of. It worked! I could have trigger food in my house without risking a binge.
The second lesson went deeper into the reasons for my emotional eating. It was there that I struggled to face the trauma of my past that kept me in a never-ending internal battle. I couldn’t bring myself to peel back the layers that I had built up to keep myself safe. I continued battling my inner saboteur for a few more years until I couldn’t take it anymore.
I was ready to do anything to achieve peace around food, my weight, and my complete lack of self-worth.
